An introductory programme that inspires younger students to think about potential future careers. This is their first step on an exciting journey: MyFirstChoices encourages students to discover new possibilities and explore how their interests can lead to future careers.
MyAptitude
MyAptitude is a psychometric aptitude test developed with Occupational Psychologist Dr Charles Johnson and backed by UK and Irish norms. It gives students valuable insights into the work and careers best-suited to their skills whilst highlighting key areas for development. And it helps staff understand students’ academic potential so they can better advise on next steps.
MyCareerChoices
The best way to find a career. A powerful but easy-to-use programme that aligns the abilities and interests of students aged 14-16 with potential career paths, and identifies the subject choices needed to reach them, whether A Level, T Level, BTEC, IB, Scottish Highers or any other qualifications your school offers.
EirQuest
EirQuest Careers Programme offers a bespoke solution for Irish students aged 14-17, guiding them towards careers that match their interests and skills. It simplifies the process of selecting Leaving Certificate subjects aligned with their future ambitions, ensuring a clear path to their desired careers.
CymruQuest
CymruQuest is designed for Welsh students, providing a targeted approach to career exploration and subject selection for the qualifications each school offers. This programme helps students aged 14-17 to identify careers that align with their talents and interests, guiding them towards the subject choices critical for their future success.

Each one has been carefully developed in conjunction with occupational psychologist, Dr Charles Johnson. Our tests are approved by the British Psychological Society and we are a UCAS partner, with course data from CAO and EUNiCAS.
